Every Wednesday at 10am, leaders are sent an email and a notification on Slack (for people who have the integration set up) who have pendencies with their teams.
What pending issues generate this notification?
Pending means some update that normally appears in the Leader's News section (those items shown at the top of the Leadership page - e.g. "David sent in the week's priorities", or "John commented on his feelings").
If the leader has any of these pending issues not seen, the email and notification on Slack are sent. More specifically, these pending issues could be:
Led responded priorities;
Led commented on priorities;
Led updated priorities;
Led responded feeling;
Led led commented on sentiment.
As an admin, can I enable (or disable) these notifications for the company?
To enable (or disable) e-mails to the company, simply activate the functionality at the 1: 1 settings:
To enable (or disable) the Slack's notifications, just have the integration configured and activate the functionality in the “Integrations” section:
Both settings enable (or disable) functionality for everyone in the company.
That's it 😉
