What is the Evolution Profile and how to configure it.

In this article, we will understand about the Evolution Profile and how to configure it on the Qulture.Rocks platform.

Updated over a week ago

The Employee Evolution Profile aims to consolidate historical data from performance evaluations so that HR and company leadership can make informed decisions about each employee's career path. It is primarily used during calibrations.

It is available for access to user types who can view calibration screens in a performance evaluation:

  • Full Admin

  • Review Admin

  • BP (Business Partner)

  • Leaders

Remember that each review may have a different configuration regarding access to calibration screens.

⚠️ The employee themselves does not have access to their own Evolution Profile.

Where can it be accessed?

Only in the Performance Review product.

(1) Review > select an active cycle with responses > Team Results > click on any grading > click on 'Open Profile' next to the employee's name and photo.

(2) Performance Review > select an active cycle with responses > Box > select a box > click on 'Open Profile' next to the employee's name and photo.

How is it configured?

Access Organization > Settings > Employee Fields and profile > Evolution Profile.

Its configuration is independent of the Basic Profile configuration. In other words, what is configured here does not reflect in the Basic Profile.

For employee sections and fields, the operational configuration process is the same as described for the Basic Profile. It has its default configuration state and can be customized as needed by the company.

More on this subject in the Basic Profile and how to configure it.

However, this profile has a differential: it allows you to create sections that compare cycle results for final evaluation scores, evaluation topic scores, and box rankings.

To add a historical data section, click on the 'Add Data' button and select from the dropdown options.

For survey data, you need to:

  1. [OPTIONAL] Name the section as you wish.

  2. Search for a review by its name.

  3. Repeat the above process as many times as you want to select different reviews for comparison.

For survey topic data, you need to:

  1. [OPTIONAL] Name the section as you wish.

  2. Search for a review by its name.

  3. Then search for the existing topics in that review by their names.

  4. Repeat the above process as many times as you want to select topics from different reviews for comparison.

For box data, you need to:

  1. [OPTIONAL] Name the section as you wish.

  2. Search for a review by its name.

  3. Then search for the existing boxes in that review by their names.

  4. Repeat the above process as many times as you want to select boxes from different reviews for comparison.

It is important to note that:

  • The settings of a historical data section are automatically saved.

  • The order in which items appear within a historical data section is the order in which they were selected in the configuration modal of the section.

  • You can add up to 25 items per historical data section and up to 25 different historical data sections.

And the final Evolution Profile will have this appearance:
