What happens in each of the features when an employee's leader changes? Do not freak out! We explain everything.

When we change the company's leadership structure (when we change the leader associated with an employee) we have to be aware that these changes have an impact on the various tools of the Qulture.Rocks platform. In this article, you will see what the main effects of these changes are, and how to prepare for them.

To help you understand this article, we will use a practical example. Zé Liderado had as leader Paulo Antigo, but Paulo Antigo was transferred to Belém, so Zé Liderado started reporting to Tony Novo.

Impacts of the change in leadership:

A general rule:

  1. Paulo Antigo loses access to all Zé Liderado content.

  2. Tony Novo gains access to all Zé led content.

Evaluations

  1. Old evaluations

>> Paulo Antigo loses all access to information about old evaluations in which Zé Liderado participated as an appraiser (Remembering that a leader has access and that depends on the configuration chosen by the Admin).

>> Tony Novo wins this view.

2. Evaluations in progress

As the changes are not reflected automatically (we value the maintenance of the history in the evaluation):

>> Paulo continues to evaluate Zé as a Leader -> Leader

>> Zé continues to evaluate Paulo as a Leader -> Leader

Feedbacks

If the company has enabled the functionality that allows the leader to fully access all the feedbacks received by his subordinate, when Tony Novo becomes the leader of Zé Liderado, he starts to see the entire history of feedbacks received by Zé Liderado.

Paulo Antigo, on the other hand, loses all access to information about feedbacks received by Zé Liderado.

Goals / OKRs

When Tony Novo becomes the leader of Zé Liderado, he starts to see the entire history of Zé Liderado's goals, and can even comment on and edit them.

Paulo Antigo, on the other hand, loses all access to Zé Liderado's goals, and his comments made in the past are saved in Zé Liderado's goals history.

When Tony Novo becomes the leader of Zé Liderado, the meetings that were previously in "Leader", will be migrated to "Colleagues". If the team member still wants to consult the content, he just has to search for the name of the old leader.

When Tony Novo becomes the leader of Zé Liderado, Zé will appear in the list of "Your Leadership" and "Analytics.Rocks", being able to view the last priorities answered, feelings of the week and information about when the last one was made. meeting.
