1. Can we integrate the OKR product with Slack?

A: Not currently, but we have already registered feedback on this and it is being looked into by our product development team.

2. Can we sync only a few OKRs at the review?

A: No, when you synchronize the OKR cycle with the review, all the OKRs in the cycle are inserted. But it is worth pointing out that only the ones employees participate in (responsible, team or contributor) will appear at the review form.

3. Can we send an automatic email to the people who have not yet updated their Key Results?

A: Yes, we can set an customized automatic period e-mail for that. Contact us at the chat to know how it works!

4. Can we limit the Key Result progress not to exceed 100% (or any other percentage)?

A: Yes, but only for the entire company and in all cycles. We cannot do this for just a few KRs.

5. Can we mass delete users (contributors) at OKR?

A: We can do it with a request to the product team or by re-importing the spreadsheet without the people.

6. Can we duplicate an old cycle?

A: No, we need to import new OKRs again based on the old cicle.

7. Can we send mass goals for approval?

A: Yes, we can do this with a request to the product team.

8. Can the full admin have access to see all the teams and their goals?

A: Yes, the full admin has access to everything within the OKR cycle.

9. Can we put private goals on the strategy map?

A: No, only public goals will appear on the Strategy Map

10. Can we allow an OKR admin to see only company objectives, without having access to individual ones?

A: Company level OKRs are always visible to people if they are set to public, but only admins or company level metrics managers will be able to update the results. We don't offer that possibility today,

11. Can leaders see the goals of their indirect reports?

A: Yes, they can. To do this, it is necessary to enable the visualization by hierarchy. To enable it, just contact us via chat and we will help you to enable this view for the whole company.
