The nomination process can take place either during a performance evaluation or during other periods that better fit the company's strategy. Therefore, we provide this action in three ways: through the basic or evolution profile, or through the performance review itself.

👉 For better management of this process, platform admins can define the desired period in which the "New Successor" button will be enabled in the employee's profile.

🟣 How to enable nominations:

  1. Go to the "Organization" page;

  2. In the "Settings" tab, select the "Succession" option;

  3. Now, in the "Organization Configuration" screen, you can enable or disable the nomination of successors.

🚨 Points to consider:

  • Enabling or disabling this action affects both the employee's profile and the Performance review nominations.

  • If you want to configure succession questions in the Performance Review, make sure the button configuration is active.
