Conducting a survey involves many steps, from creation to distribution and data analysis. To help you in this process, we've gathered a series of materials available on this module that can guide you on this journey.

Before you start configuring the survey on the platform, it's important to pay attention to these details:

  • Before creating the survey, it's necessary to have a clear understanding of the objectives you want to achieve with it. Based on that, you can define the questions you want to create and the data you need to collect.

  • Since the analysis of surveys can be done by cross-referencing with employee data on the platform, it's important that this data is up-to-date, and the information you want to collect is well-defined. For example, if you want to analyze how different teams feel about remote work, it's essential that the teams created on the platform are up-to-date to ensure that the analysis corresponds to the company's reality.

Today, some of the data that can be analyzed in the survey includes Area, Level, Department, Position, and Custom Fields of the option type. In the materials below, we explain where and how you can update this information:

1. Setting up the survey

The questions are configured and created, and now?
