The Qulture.Rocks survey product offers the possibility to develop intelligent questionnaires to collect information and insights from employees, providing valuable insights for the HR team. With this product, you can cross-reference survey responses with various platform data, such as area, level, department, position, location, and leadership.
🚨 Important: Currently, only customizable fields of the option type can be used. We will provide more details throughout the article.
In this article, you will find information on how to relate the data from previous fields to the survey results. Additionally, we offer a ready-made climate survey template developed in partnership with experts in organizational psychology and psychometrics, which allows for the collection of information based on advanced scientific knowledge on the subject. However, it is also possible to customize the existing template or create a survey from scratch. Let's explore the product and show you a step-by-step guide on how to configure your survey.
🟪 Implementation Steps
Before you start setting up the survey on the platform, it is important to think about the answers to the following questions:
What is the purpose of running this survey at this time? Why would I like to collect information from the collaborators?
What data would you like to extract at the end of the survey?
How would I like to relate the survey results to the contributors' information stored in Qulture.Rocks?
Once these questions are answered, we can begin setting up the survey within the platform in two ways: by creating a survey from the Qulture.Rocks template or by creating a custom survey. Here is how to create each one:
🟪 Creating the survey from the Qulture.Rocks template
To create a survey that will use the Qulture.Rocks template as a base, simply access the "Survey" product, search for the "[Qulture.Rocks] Climate Survey" survey and click on the button highlighted in the image below:
In this way, you will create a new form "[Qulture.Rocks] Climate Survey Template (copy)". By clicking on the pencil (next to the highlighted button), you can:
Changing the survey name: The name is displayed in the invitation email that people receive.
Include a survey instructions message: the instructions page is presented to people as the homepage of the survey form.
Delete the questions you want from the duplicate template
Select options for comment fields and question requirement
You can see the step by step below in the GIF:

It is possible to select whether the question use a Likert score, eNPS, or comment field only:
After creating the form, you can now set up the survey launch, but first we need to pay attention to a few details.
⚠️ Points to watch out for before activating the survey
🟣 Since the survey results will be cross-analyzed with the data registered in the platform, a baseline update must be done BEFORE the survey invitation is sent out. This procedure is very important to ensure that the generated analyses correspond to the company's current configuration, and you can see how to update the database in this material.
🟣 To generate more information and enable the extraction of more data from the survey, we also recommend the use of the already standard fields of the platform that come in the employee's profile. The more data registered on the platform, the greater the possible cross-referencing of information with the survey answers, which can provide important insights about the company!
🟣In addition, you can cross-reference the survey data with custom fields (any new information you define). The only point of attention is that these customizable fields must be of type option and not open. In this article you can learn more about custom fields, and in this one we have some examples of customizable fields.
🟣 It is possible to do a test search. To do this we recommend that the survey is set up, only a few participants (we show below how to do this) are added to test the form. After this point, the test survey can be duplicated (as we showed at the beginning of this article) and all collaborators can be added. With everything validated, the final survey is ready to be activated.
