👉 The Individual Development Plan (IDP) product has been designed with the clear purpose of promoting the continuous individual development process of employees within a company. Typically, this practice is integrated into people's routine after an evaluation process.
To access the product, simply navigate to the tools section and select the IDP option. It is important to mention that the name of this section may vary, as it is a customizable field tailored to the specificities of each organization.
🟣 To access the IDP, just go to the tools section and select the corresponding option. It is important to emphasize that the name of this section may vary, as it is a customizable field that can be adapted according to the specificities of each organization.
If you already have a cycle created, the screen below 👇 will open, presenting three important tabs: 'My Development,' 'My Team' (only for admins and leaders), and 'IDP Instructions'.
If you haven't already created an IDP cycle, check out this article: How to create an IDP cycle
🟣 In the "My Development" tab, you will be able to track all the development areas registered for you. By clicking on "New," you will have the option to register a new area. You will need to define the type of area, the specific development area (you can request the Chat team or your account manager to create dropdown lists for this option), and provide a description of the development area.
When clicking on the registered areas in the 'My Development' tab, you will have the option to create a new action plan for the selected area. Additionally, you can edit information such as the plan name, delivery date, and completion date. If necessary, you will also be able to delete the action plan if it is no longer relevant to your development.
⭐👉 In the article "Registering your IDP at Qulture.Rocks" you will find a detailed guide on how to register your Individual Development Plan (IDP).
⚠️ Important: If your company has the Learning.Rocks product, the registration of the action plan will appear differently from the standard, as it includes the "Training" section.
✅ Regarding the possible statuses for development areas, currently, there are 3 statuses: Not started, In progress, and Completed. These statuses depend on the completion of the action plans within the area.
If no action plans have been completed, the area remains as Not started.
Upon completing the first action plan within an area, it automatically changes from Not started to In progress.
Upon completing all action plans within an area, it automatically gains the status of Completed.
If there is only one action plan within an area, upon completing it, the area automatically changes from Not started to Completed.
⚠️ It is important to note that it is not possible to manually change the status of a development area.
With each completed action plan, the status of the development area is automatically updated, demonstrating the progress made by the collaborator. This progress is also reflected in the overall progress of the Individual Development Plan (IDP) that can be seen in the 'My Development' tab. This allows for a more accurate view of how the collaborator is progressing in their development plan

🟣 In the "My Team" tab, as an administrator, you will have access to the IDPs of all employees. As a leader, this view will be limited to your direct reports. In this section, you can view important information about each employee's IDP, including:
Number of registered development areas.
Date of the last update made to the IDP.
Overall IDP progress.
Current status of the IDP, indicating whether it is in progress, completed, or not started.
Additionally, as an administrator, you will have the ability to approve the IDP of any employee, ensuring that the individual development process is properly managed and monitored.
👉 It is worth noting that it is possible to configure a Business Partner (BP) profile for the IDP. This configuration will allow a person to have restricted access to the IDP module, providing a specific level of privacy and control. The article "What are the types of Admin profiles?" will provide guidance on how to properly configure this.

🟣 In the "IDP Instructions" tab, you have the option to provide instructions and guidance to employees. To customize this section, follow these steps:
Access the IDP ⚙️ settings.
Set a name for the IDP cycle. This name can reflect the period or specific objective of the current cycle.
Determine a name for the label, which is the label assigned to the instructions. This name can indicate the purpose or content of the provided instructions.
Write the detailed instructions you wish to communicate to employees. These instructions can cover various aspects, such as the process of creating development areas, goal setting, action plan registration, and any other relevant guidance for the IDP.
Customizing this section will allow you to provide clear and specific guidance to employees, ensuring they have a complete understanding of the IDP process and related expectations.
How can you create a cycle from scratch? When you enter the IDP tool, with no created cycles, it will look like this:
To create a new cycle, click on the "+" button, located in the upper right corner of the screen, and fill in the same information as on the "Instructions" tab.
