Home: On the home page you have access to the company's mural, can reply to feelings and priorities, and see the history of both.

You also have an overview of the feedback and PDI modules.

Praises: Here you can see your company's wall of compliments, praise your colleagues, and easily see all the compliments you have already sent or received - just slide the screen to the right.

Feedbacks: Here you can see all your sent and received feedbacks, your drafts, and in addition you can send or request feedbacks!

All these options appear in a list when you swipe to the right.

IDP: See your development areas and action plans!

Don't have a IDP yet? Don't worry, you can also create them by clicking on the + symbol in the upper right corner of your cell phone screen.

If you want to access Qulture.Rocks on your cell phone and the tool you need is not yet available on the app, don't worry!

You can access the complete platform, with all the tools and functionalities through your cell phone browser.
