All configuration of the environment is done through the "Organization" icon, which is only seen and accessed by platform administrators.
After completing the following steps, your company's environment will be configured with all employees registered and the setups for each product to be launched: Feedback, Praise, 1:1s, Performance Evaluation, IDP, OKRs/Goals, Directory, Survey, or Succession. ✅
1) Preparing the Company for the Launch of Qulture.Rocks
2) Initial Platform Settings
Set the environment's name - This is the name that appears in the emails sent by the platform.
Choose the environment's color - Define colors for different profiles.
Insert the company logo - This logo also appears in the emails sent by the platform.
Choose the default language of the platform - Note that users can change the language of your platform.
Configure the Welcome Board - The board is on the homepage and is the first page that everyone has access to, so use your creativity 💡💡
Release the domains of the Qulture.Rocks platform - Forward the article to the responsible IT team :)
Management of contacts that can receive communication from Qulture.Rocks - Select who from the Qulture.Rocks team can contact the company for important matters.
(Optional) Choose visibility permission for the company's Org Chart - Visibility is standard for all users.
(Optional) Enable nickname for users - When enabled, the name is replaced by the nickname on some screens.

3) User Settings
⚠️ Important: After registering users, they may receive email notifications. We recommend registering them 1 day before the platform Launch or registering and blocking them, without forgetting to unblock them before Launch!
Manually register users - Recommended for up to 15 users.
or Register users via Import - Recommended for up to 300 users.
or Integrate your employee base into Qulture.Rocks - Recommended for 300 users and above.
Block user access - To prevent improper notifications during the platform implementation. Tip: Don't forget to unblock them later! 😉
