This space is dedicated to sharing the latest 1: 1 product updates.

By "Your Leadership" tab, leaders can access the following information:

  • Week's priorities for each team member;

  • Last feeling of each team member;

Have access to your leadership score and the positive and development points of your 1:1s;

In the next tab ("Direct reports" ), leaders can:

  • Define a frequency for the 1:1s customized for team member;

  • Track the dates of the last and the next conversation;

1: 1s within Qulture.Rocks:

By clicking on a team member, you will have access to the environment that registers the conversations between you and them.

In a 1: 1, you can:

  • Fill in the "Topics" field: registering the most important topics to be discussed in this meeting;

  • Fill in the "Meeting Notes" field: a free field to fill in the highlights spoken in each schedule raised above;

  • Define and register "Tasks": a checklist where it is possible to register the tasks originated from this conversation.

Finally, it is necessary to click on the “Mark as done” button, otherwise, the platform will understand that the meeting has not yet taken place and will be informed as being late.

After that, the team person will receive the following email, containing:

  • Summary of everything that was recorded in "Subjects" and "Notes"

  • Invitation to evaluate the conversation with your leader.

The assessments are anonymous and the leader has access to the average of his grades only when he has at least 2 direct reports.

After giving a rating between 1 and 5 stars, the person can indicate the main qualities of the conversation, the points for improvement and also leave a general comment:

Pulse:

Pulse (the name given to the feelings submission) has the main objective of bringing greater transparency to the leaders about their team, to know how they are feeling and the respective reasons. This gives the frequent opportunity to help your direct reports when the scenario is not pleasant and to reinforce behaviors and feelings when the scenario is positive.

Pulse is sent every Friday by email only to employees who have a leader on the platform.

Priorities

Finally, an email about the week's priorities is sent every Monday to the direct reports, inviting them to fill in their top 5 delivery priorities for that week.

Afterwards, click on "See priorities" of your team, leaders can check what he defined as a priority.

And to help in the prioritization process, if necessary, leaders can edit the priorities, suggesting any changes and also leaving a comment. Here is the detailed material on how priorities work at Qulture.Rocks:

Data extraction

As a platform administrator, you can extract information about the three features previously presented: (i) 1: 1s; (ii) Pulse; (iii) Priorities, as shown in the figure below:

NOTE: in the Pulse data (feelings of the week), the emojis are coded. Below is the translation for each emoji, respectively:

1. Persevere, 2. Disappointed, 3. Neutral_face, 4. Thinking_face, 5. Blush, 6. Heart_eyes.
