How to use Feelings Pulse

It's a 1:1 product feature, the feeling of the week is a good gateway to this moment between leader and led.

Updated over a week ago

What is it?

Every Friday, you receive an e-mail from Qulture.Rocks and choose the emoji that represents the week that passed. Ah! don't forget to choose the themes that made you choose that emoji.

Why is this important?

We believe that talking about feelings can help the leader to understand what the leader is going through and how this can affect (positively or negatively) her work.

For example, if the leader is going through personal problems, this can affect her deliveries at work and it is interesting for the leader to have visibility of what is happening. If the leader is feeling very excited and confident with her deliveries, the leader can stimulate her to increase her responsibilities and grow even more.

Where is the weekly Pulse registered?

In the 1:1 product 😄 .
For leaders, in the "Your leadership" tab! The leader can see the feeling chosen in the weeks, the themes and comments too.

💡 How about pulling a 1:1 right now to talk about the last recorded feeling?

What tags are available in the sentiment pulse?

When responding to the sentiment pulse, you can select some tags that represent the reasons why you felt that way. The list of tags is pre-populated and cannot be configured by the company.

If you do not feel represented by the predefined tags, you can always add comments to better explain why you felt a certain way.

Can I stop receiving these emails?

Talk to your leadership about it, they can change the settings so that you stop receiving these emails.

Platform administrators can also disable email notifications for the entire company by following the steps in this other article, but please note that the option selected by your leader will always take precedence over the admin's settings.

⚠️Attention: Only admin profiles in the organization have this permission.

However, we believe that transparency and fostering better communication with your leader are the first steps toward creating increasingly positive work environments! 😉
