The 1:1 product was assembled from the direct contact with the experience of more than 1200 leaders and from the best of specialized literature. And do you know what? 8 out of 10 leaders would be disappointed if they did not use the Qulture.Rocks 1:1 product anymore.

Here are answers to your possible questions:

Who has access to the 1:1 product?

  • All employees registered on the platform!

Who creates a 1:1?

  • Everyone! Both leaders and direct reports can create 1:1's, the important thing is to write down the subjects to make the meeting more productive :)

Ah! you can also schedule a 1:1 with a colleague outside your team, for example.

How do I create a 1:1?

  • That's easy!

  1. In the top bar, click on "1:1" (this name may vary depending on the company).

  2. Choose whether you want to schedule a 1:1 with

    1. Leader: click “Leader” and then "New 1:1".

    2. Direct reports: click on "Direct reports" and then "New 1:1".

    3. Colleagues: click on "Colleagues" and then "New 1:1".

Can I edit the subjects, notes, and tasks?

  • Sure! Even after "Mark as completed" you can make all these edits 😃

Who has access to my 1:1?

  • Only you and the other person involved. Oh! HR, as the platform administrator, can also view the subjects, notes and tasks.

Can my leader view my 1:1s with colleagues?

  • No! Only you, your colleague and HR (administrator profile).

Can I create recurrence for a 1:1?

  • Yes, you can! To make your life easier, the Qulture.Rocks platform automatically creates another 1:1 as soon as the previous one is marked as completed. The recurrence is chosen by HR (administrator profile).

Who views the "Feelings of the Week"?

  • The direct report, leader, and HR. It's as simple as that.

Who sees the grades of the 1:1 evaluation?

  • This evaluation is anonymous and if the leader has less than 3 direct reports, this evaluation is not available to ensure the anonymity of the results.

The leader and HR have access to this data.

Where do I register the "Priorities of the Week"?

  • You can edit the week's priorities either by the email that is sent to you every Monday or on the platform itself! Here you can find more details.
