How do behavior or theme-related feedback requests work?

It is possible to ask for feedback from the people you have contact with, limiting it to specific topics and behaviors. Pretty good, right?

Feedbacks play a crucial role in a high-performance culture, but it's not always easy to give or ask for feedback. Often, we find ourselves spending a lot of time thinking about how to provide constructive input.

With this approach, those who make the request receive high-quality feedback, and on the other hand, those who respond quickly go through some multiple-choice questions related to the specific theme of the feedback, allowing them to evaluate the behavior of the person who made the request.

✅ And here's how you make the request:

  1. Go to the Feedback product;

  2. Click on "Request feedback" on the sidebar;

  3. Fill in the requested information on the screen.

🟣 For example, when adding the theme "Communication," the person requesting the feedback will rate a list of behaviors with the concepts "I saw a few signs" or "Saw multiple signs" being able to add a comment for each behavior and a final comment.
