I swear, this is very easy! :)
To add new users to your org, do the following:
On the left sidebar, click the "Organization" icon.
Now click on .
Fill out the form with the name and email of the employee being signed up.
Click on "Add".
Getting names right
If an employee has more than one given name (Jean Philippe?) or surname (Jolie Pitt?), only their first and last names will appear in the system. So "Francisco Souza Homem de Mello" (our CEO :) will be "Francisco Mello" in most sections of the Platform.
Adding managers and tags
After adding a new user to the Platform, you can assign them a manager, tags, or even give them admin permissions. To do this, find them on the employee list and click on their name so as to access their profile. There you'll find everything you need.
Getting users onboard:
Registering employees at the Platform doesn’t trigger automatically an invitation for them signing up.
To send out invites:
One by one:
Go to the Organization Profile (by clicking on the "Organization" button).
Using the search box, find the employee you want to join.
On the right-hand side of their name, click on the envelope icon.
or
In bulk:
Go to the Organization Profile.
On the right-hand side of the Export button, click on the arrow icon.
Now click on the "Send invites" button.
See? As easy as it gets ;)
