How to register Projects and Deliverables on Qulture.Rocks

To register Projects and Deliverables on the platform, just follow the step by step below:

How to create Projects:

1. Click on the OKRs product;

2. On the top right corner of the screen, click on "New";

3. Enter the required information:

Type

Project tier

Individual: creates the Project in the Individual Profile of the Owner/Responsible.

Team: The chosen team becomes the Project's Owner, in addition, it is necessary to assign a specific Responsible for it.

Company: Only General Admin and OKR Admin can create this one. The Company becomes the Owner of this project and a Responsible needs to be assigned to it.

Responsible

Start typing the name of the person in charge of this Project in the search box and the list of users to choose from will appear.

Public or Private Mode?

Public: visible to everyone in the company (except when the "Employees", "Team" or "Company" tab is invisible).

Private: visible only to the responsible of this Project, its contributors, the leader of the responsible and the administrators.

Weight

Enter the weight of this Project (for more information, read this article).

There you go! Project successfully created 😉

How to create Deliverables?

1. Under the Project name, click on "Add";

2. Enter the necessary information:

Responsible

Start typing the name of the person in charge in the search box and the list of users to choose from will appear.

Contributors

Start typing the contributor'a name in the search box and the list of users to choose from will appear. You can choose as many as you want even teams!

Important: This Deliverable appears on the "Home" page of the contributors and the progress of this Deliverable counts towards the final progress of each contributor.
