As with other digital platforms, Qulture.Rocks has a designed area for notifications so you don't miss anything!

Where are these notifications?

In the top bar, next to your profile photo, click on the 🔔 icon and the list will appear. Check it out:

What notifications are displayed?

1. [Feedback] As an employee, when I receive feedback.

2. [Feedback] As an employee, when I receive a feedback request.

3. [Feedback] As a leader, when someone on my team receives feedback.

4. [Feedback] As an employee, when someone else comments on my feedback.

5. [Praise] As an employee, when I receive a Praise note.

6. [Praise] As coworker, when someone on my team (below my leadership) receives a Praise note.

7. [Praise] As a leader, when someone under my leadership receives a Praise note.

8. [Praise] As an employee, when a third person comments on a received compliment.

9. [Praise] As an employee, when I short or comment on a Praise note from a third person.

10. [Evaluation] As someone under evaluation, when the individual evaluation cycle report is available on Qulture.Rocks for consultation.

11. [IDP] As a leader, when a person on my team created or finished an action plan within their IDP.

12. [OKR] As an employee, when someone comments, mentions or updates an OKR which I am responsible for or a contributor for.

13. [Pulse] As a leader, when a person on my team describes his/her feeling of the week.

14. [Pulse] As a leader, when a person on my team comments on someone else’s feeling of the week previously sent.

15. [Priorities] As a leader, when a person from my team sends the 3 priorities to Qulture.Rocks.

16. [Priorities] As a leader, when a person from my team comments on someone else’s the 3 priorities previously sent.
