In this article we show you how to view and manage pending, received, and sent feedbacks.
Pending Feedbacks
In this tab, we are able to view all pending feedbacks received or sent.
1.1 Received Requests
List of all feedbacks requested but not yet answered!
To answer them, just hover over the collaborator's name and click on the blue "Reply" button. If you want to refuse the order, click "Decline".
1.2 Sent Requests
On this page, we can see all feedback requests we have sent, but that are stil pending.
In order to remind employees to send you a feedback, click "Send Reminder" next to the subject and context of the feedback.
Another possible action is to cancel the feedback request in cases where you sent a request to the wrong person, for example. In order to do this, select the option "Cancel".
1.3 Received Feedbacks
Quickly view all the feedbacks and praise notes received by you by clicking on the option "View Praise" or "View Feedback".
Bear in mind that all praise notes can be seen by clicking the medal icon in the right corner of the page.
On this page, it is also possible to filter feedbacks received by employees and/or by subject.
1.4 Given Feedbacks
In this tab, you can view the history of feedbacks/praise notes you’ve sent to other employees. In order to do this, select the option "View feedback".
