Here you are going to learn how to set which OKRs levels are going to be accessible to the users, give permission to weights and alignments!
To access these settings, just follow these steps:
In the organization's settings, go to the dashboard screen on the left side and select "OKRs" under "Settings";
You can now select or remove any permission you would like the company's employees to have. Click on "Save" to keep the information you want;
Meaning of each setting
Allow custom weight
If selected, this setting allows the collaborators/administrators to insert different weights for their Objectives and Key Results. This way, the progress is calculated by a weighted average and not by a simple average anymore. To learn more about weights, click here.
Allow goals/projects contributions
This setting activates the alignment between objectives/projects and makes it possible to visualize the strategic map of the company. To know how to perform alignments, click on this article.
Create contributions for team members automatically
This setting allows you to more easily include all members of a team without having to add one by one. Simply select the team as a contributor to the desired KR. Remembering that this is for the inclusion of taxpayers, the exclusion must be made one by one.
Allow public OKRs visualization
This setting determines whether or not the "Employees" tab can be viewed on the OKRs product (on the top left corner of the screen)
Hide company goals
This setting hides the "Company" tab on the OKRs product (on the top left corner of the screen) from employees.
Hide team goals
If you choose this setting, employees will not have access to the "Teams" tab on the OKRs product (top left corner of the screen).
Hide individual goals
This setting determines whether or not the "Home" tab appears for the users as well as the OKRs part on their One Page, as shown in the images below:
There you go! Now you can choose which settings best fit your company :)
