Updated over a year ago

It's your first time accessing the PDI module or would you like to create a new cycle? This article will explain the process, which is simple and quick! There are two paths for creation: if it's the first cycle to be created or if there's already at least one cycle created.

🟣 For the first cycle to be created, follow the steps below:

  1. In the navigation bar, click on the PDI product (the name may vary according to the company);

  2. On the top right of the screen, click on the "+" icon;

  3. Enter the cycle data;

    1. The label for development area is the information that will appear next to the "new" button, in our case, we leave it as "Development Area"

  4. Click on "Save";

  5. Click on "Activate Cycle";

    1. ⚠️ Only activate if you want the cycle to be visible to all employees.

  6. Confirm the action.

If you prefer to keep it as a "Draft", simply access the PDI cycle again to activate it.

🟣 If there is already at least one cycle, follow the steps below:

  1. In the navigation bar, click on the PDI product (the name may vary depending on the company).

  2. In the top right corner of the screen, click on the name of the current cycle to access more options.

  3. Select the option "Manage Cycles".

  4. From this point onwards, simply follow the steps mentioned earlier to create a new cycle.
