Updated over a year ago

Before you read what we’ve gathered there, we’d suggest you better understand what’s an IDP and how it should serve both the company in which it is implemented and its associates or employees. With that in mind, we’d urge everyone to read at least one of these three articles on the subject:

FAQ

  1. Who’ll write my IDP on the platform?
IDPs (Individual Development Plans) are usually developed alongside a manager after having completed a Performance Evaluation. The associate or employee himself/herself must carry out the IDP setup on the platform.

  2. How many Development Areas can be created in the IDP?
There are no maximum number of Development Areas users could submit so they can develop or improve. But bear this in mind: better a little which is well done, than a great deal imperfectly!

  3. Where can I submit the measures I’m taking to work towards my Development Areas?
Your measures in your action plan could be submitted using the “+” icon on your IDP.

  4. How do I update progress in my Action Plan?
When you complete an action registered in your PDI, click on the corresponding "check" icon to mark it as completed. As you complete the action plans, your progress will increase automatically, reflecting the progress made in your development areas.

  5. Can I delete my IDP after it’s been created?
Yes. Users can delete either a Development Area or an entire Action Plan. It is also possible to edit these two in case you need to do so.

  6. I have deleted my IDP cycle by mistake. Is it possible to recover it?
Unfortunately, no. Once an IDP is deleted, its content cannot be recovered.

  7. Who can see my IDP?
Only you and your leader may see your IDP.

  8. Who cam comment on my IDP?
Only you and your leader may comment on your IDP.

  9. Is there any IDP report?
Yes! Platform admins can export an IDP report by clicking on "Manage Cycles" in the IDP interface it self. This article will guide you. :)
