This FAQ covers the most frequently asked questions about Insights (Feedback and Praise)

For individual contributors:

1. Is it possible to delete a Praise/Feedback that has already been sent?

Yes, it is. Ping somebody from HR (they have admin profiles) so they can do it for you :)

2. Is it possible to send the same Feedback to more than one person?

Yes, it is. You just have to add all the people you want to send the Feedback to at the "to:" search box when writing your Feedback.

3. What is the difference between Feedback and Praise?

Feedback is private: only sender, receiver, and - depending on the company’s settings, - the receiver’s leader/manager can see it. It can be used both for positive or critical feedback. 

Praise, on the other hand, is public, and everyone in the company can see it on the company's praise feed.

4. Who can see the feedback I get?

All feedback you get is visible to you and the person who sent it to you. Depending on your company settings, your manager may also be able to see it too -- check this out with your HR department or with us on the chat tool :)

Bear in mind that you can forward any feedback you get to your manager, so you can call her attention to something specific.

5. Can I send the same praise to a team or more than one person?

No, you - still - cannot. Praise is public and (still) sent to only one person at a time.

6. I got some feedback. How can I thank the sender using the platform?

To thank someone for feedback, just click on the heart icon on the right side of the feedback screen. When you click it, the heart pops and becomes red, and the sender is notified.
