Some ideas to inspire you in this very relevant process :)

Updated over a year ago

To say that communication is everything may sound a bit cliché, but when it comes to the dissemination of people management processes, you may have a well-designed process, but if you don't communicate it properly, it can lose all its impact.

Trying to help you on this journey, we've separated some ideas to inspire you!

Launch of the 1st Evaluation

If it is the 1st evaluation launch or if you are having a reworked evaluation, it is very important to make a communication about this.

Here is an example that can be used when launching the 1st assessment:

"Q.Players,

We are starting a new milestone in our history!

As part of the action plans from last year's climate survey, we have structured a performance process aligned to our strategy.

Starting on XX/XX, you will receive an invitation from Qulture.Rocks, our performance management platform, to access the assessment

XX/XX - Evaluation training

XX/XX - Response period begins

XX/XX - Calibration committees

XX/XX - Evaluation feedback

XX/XX - Recognition

We count on you in this building of our culture."

We also suggest that with each evolution of the Performance Evaluation process, you communicate to the team about the advancement in the steps. It is a way to reinforce the main communication, but also to keep them informed of what is happening. To do this, you need to stay engaged in your role for the best progress of the process.

There are several possible channels within your company, and it is important that you explore their potential beyond email.

Here are some cool options to innovate in communication:

  • Mural

  • Corporate TV

  • Intranet

  • Monitor Screen Protectors

  • SMS

  • Sticky notebook with messages

These are ways to stay present, and remember: using several different channels will help you reach many more employees!

Evaluation Process already consolidated in the company

Now, let's take an example of a performance evaluation process already consolidated in a company:

"Q.Players,

Continuing our performance process with the 360º and 1:1s feedbacks, we will close the year with the Performance Evaluation.

Starting on XX/XX, you will receive an invitation from Qulture.Rocks, our performance management platform, to conduct the evaluation.
